By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on My Shop, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Product Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on My Shop are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). While we take every precaution to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed with an inaccurate price due to typographical or technical glitch, My Shop reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once our verification team validates stock availability and customer contact details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized bulk reselling.
4. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner. Customers are advised to examine parcels upon receipt and report any discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery.
5. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Guest checkout is available without requiring permanent account registration.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
